Project A - Thatched cottage

Thatch cottage- complete roof off refurbishment. Removing old rotted wall plates rafters, chimney stack, dormer windows and gable ends. Replaced all timber work in oak and complete top floor refurbishment internally

Project B - Georgian Drawing Room

Refurbishment of a drawing room to a fine georgian house in sandwich following a dry rot infestation. The works included; new floor joists, floors, heating, decoration and reinstatement of shutters to windows etc.

Project C - Balcony

Reinstatement and replacement of a balcony to a fine apartment overlooking the sea. Bespoke hardwood joinery, structural steelwork, decking, tiling, stainless steel and copper trims etc.

Project D - Kitchen Extension

Kitchen extension, with glazed roof, gauged brick arches, box sash windows, underfloor heating plus bespoke painted kitchen at rear of a Georgian Townhouse.

Project E - Garden Office

This project consisted of a complete refurbishment together with the construction of a detached garden office/study. All to the highest specifications. The use of limestone flooring further enhanced the finished result.

Project F - Curved Balcony

Refurbishment of a curved balcony in Portland stone with curved oak hand-railing to a fine property facing the sea.

Project G - Complete Refurbishment

Complete refurbishment and extension to a historic property on the marshes on the South Coast.
